Jasmine was the second GSD puppy we ever had and we have never looked back!! 4 months later Jasmine decided she was NOT being left home alone and exited the house through an open window leaving her back leg behind, resulting in a split growth plate. As Jasmine was so young the outlook was grim, with the risk of the leg not growing, my vet advised me to have Jasmine put to sleep. After a very tearful conversation with her breeder John Blyth we decided to 'Run the Gauntlet'!! After numerous operations and months of rehabilitation costing thousands of pounds Jasmine started her show career.
Jasmine was not shown until she was 12 months old and did not have a very good start the show ring. However at 18 months Jasmines winning ways began as you can see from her show results. Jasmine has also competed in obedience winning the Junior section of our local clubs main event combining obedience, agility and breed. Jasmine has her Bronze, Silver and Gold Kennel Club Good Citizen awards. Jasmine also has a modelling career, with thanks to Sue Redshaw (www.browntrout.com) and has regular shoots resulting in some of her pictures being picked for GSD breed calenders and diaries.
